These Terms govern your use of the DeepDay app, built by SS Solutions.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using DeepDay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use DeepDay on devices you control. The app, its brand and its content remain the property of SS Solutions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• modify, decompile or attempt to extract the app's source code
• circumvent premium subscription controls or the store's purchase flow
• redistribute the app or its assets as your own

4. Premium subscription

• DeepDay offers free features and a premium subscription, in monthly and annual plans, with a free trial when the store offers one.
• Billing is handled by Google Play, on the Google account used for the purchase. We do not process payments.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancelling: through Google Play, under *Subscriptions*. When you cancel, premium access continues until the end of the period you already paid for; no partial refund is issued.
• Free trial: cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. If you do not cancel, the selected plan is billed automatically.
• Refunds follow Google Play policy. Requests go directly to Google; we can point you in the right direction, but the decision is not ours.
• Prices may change. Changes are communicated by the store and apply to future periods.

5. Your data

DeepDay stores your sessions and preferences on your device. There is no cloud backup. If you uninstall the app, switch devices or use *Delete local data*, that data is gone and we cannot restore it. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, including premium ones. If a premium feature is meaningfully discontinued during a period you already paid for, contact us for guidance on a refund.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

DeepDay is provided "as is", without warranty that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. It is a productivity aid and is not a substitute for medical, psychological or professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SS Solutions is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top marks the current version, and continued use of the app after an update means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
